Evolupro is where personal and professional development meet.
This project was born out of a deep conviction: work should not be a constraint, but a place of fulfillment, creativity, and meaning.
Behind Evolupro is me, Andrée Martineau, holder of a Supply Arrangement (AMA) with Public Services and Procurement Canada. I help professionals and organizations transform their careers into a conscious journey that is aligned with their values and meaningful.

As a certified trainer and career coach (ICF), I combine academic rigor with a multidisciplinary approach:
As I have often said, “I have everything it takes to be a human resources director,” but my strength lies in combining my knowledge with attentive listening to support people, regardless of the organization, in taking control of their careers and achieving their professional goals.
When I say “I understand you,” it’s because I’ve been through these challenges myself and I truly know the courage it takes and the fears that can slow you down. I’ve been an employee, a federal civil servant, and an entrepreneur. My approach is based as much on my own experience as on methods I’ve tried and tested myself.
My goal? To provide a safe and inspiring space where each person can discover their creative power, develop their confidence, and move toward a meaningful professional life.
Evolupro is also the culmination of my research and experience. Each service offered is the result of careful observation, a real need encountered in my practice, and in-depth work to respond to it with rigor and creativity.
Passionate about words and how they reveal talent, I specialize in professional writing: resumes, cover letters, and responses to online questionnaires. I have also supervised the writing of a French Reference Guide to help candidates better describe their skills and present themselves with confidence in interviews.
Learn moreThe idea for this service came to me after facilitating a strategic planning workshop for an organization. I realized that there was no similar tool available for the individuals who implement these strategies on a daily basis. I then conducted further research on life purpose, motivation styles, risk management, and strategic decision-making to design various tools, including the Career Planning Program , which I have been testing and refining for over 20 years.
Learn moreThis service was born out of supporting clients who were moving into management positions and seeking assistance in meeting the challenges of their new roles. I quickly realized that leadership is not limited to managers but is practiced on a daily basis by all professionals and can be developed at any stage of a career. In the federal public service, as elsewhere, acquiring key leadership skills—communication, mobilization, decision-making—becomes an essential lever for sustainable professional development.
Learn moreCheck out the French Success Stories I have compiled with some of them (2015, 2016, 2018) to discover the impact of career coaching on their lives. Driven by a zest for life and infectious enthusiasm, and passionate about human potential, I have supported hundreds of people in their professional development, mainly in the federal public service, but also internationally.
