You can cancel or reschedule a training or coaching session at no cost up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Any coaching or training session canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be billed in full or deducted from the training/coaching program.
If a client does not show up for a scheduled training or coaching session without having canceled it in advance, the session will be billed in full or deducted from the training/coaching program.

If a technical problem prevents you from accessing the training, contact us promptly. We will do our best to resolve the situation. If this is not possible, we will issue a full refund.

Evolupro offers individual coaching and training services in various forms, as well as downloadable digital products (e-books, guides, downloadable documents).

In the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions (e.g., unauthorized sharing, hacking, non-payment), Evolupro may temporarily or permanently suspend your access to the Products and Services.
Evolupro reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications shall take effect upon their publication on the Site.
These Terms and Conditions were originally written in French. In the event of any inconsistency, discrepancy, or conflict between the French version of these Terms and Conditions and their translation into another language, the French version shall prevail.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Quebec (Canada). Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Gatineau, Quebec.
